In the Shadow Case, as in every weapon case, a gold item drops 0.26% of the time (1 in 385). The Shadow Daggers are the only type in that pool, so every gold drop is a pair of Shadow Daggers. Opening it costs $5.07 with the key, so a pair of Shadow Daggers costs $1,950.00 to unbox on average, the cheapest route; the Operation Riptide Case is the most expensive at $32,000.00. Buying the cheapest one, Safari Mesh, costs $52.78: 36.9 times less.
Wear matters most on Night: Factory New sells for $370.02 against $59.28 in Battle-Scarred, 6.2 times more. The Vanilla Shadow Daggers has no paint and no float, and sells for $94.33.
